Measure Mass and Volumetric Flow Rates, Process Pressure and Temperature.
Our range of mass flow meters from Alicat scientific are suitable for many types of gases and gas applications. Our mass flow meters compensate for pressure and temperature and can output both mass flow and volumetric flow rates. Many variants exist dependant on your requirements, our standard M series model can cover most applications but models also exist for portable use, corrosive gases, ultra-low pressure drop and portable calibration units.
Every meter in the range features a local display and keypad for easy setup, analogue output and RS-232 digital communications (others also available). Every meter can also be used with over 80 gases or gas mixtures, you can even add your own.
Our range of gas mass flow controllers is manufactured by Alicat Scientific and distributed throughout the UK by PCT. We have a complete range of mass flow controllers which allows us to cover a large range of flow rates. From the smallest mass flow controller, which is capable of controlling flow rates from as little as 0.00025 SCCM (Standard Cubic Centimetres per Minute), up to our largest mass flow controller, which is capable of controlling up to 5000 SLPM (Standard Litres Per Minute).
We have mass flow controllers suitable for many different types of industry and application, from vacuum mass flow controllers to bi-directional. Our Whisper series is a personal favourite as it offers class-leading low-pressure drop.
Sanitary FD Series back pressure regulators from Equilibar have undergone rigorous design and testing to have excellent drainability for sanitary applications, when oriented with the inlet down.
The Sanitary FD series is CIP/SIP ready and can be cleaned in either the forward or reverse direction. Most diaphragm material options are available with temperature ratings to 135C.
The FD series is crevice free, they are electropolished and have a < 20 RA finish.
We have been partnered with King Instrument Company since the very early days of our inception. During this time, we have watched the range of King flow meters grow and for them to stay true to their mission statement “To produce the finest group of rotameters ever sold”.
King’s range of rotameters are ideally suited to low flow and low-pressure applications for both liquids and gases. Dependant on your process and application there will be a suitable model of rotameter. The range includes flow transmitters and flow switches for applications which require a switched output. Various material and seal options exist for general purpose and corrosive applications.
