Domino Printing Mexico wins Social Responsibility Company award

The ESR award is presented to companies that demonstrate a proven commitment to employees, investors, customers, clients and wider society

Domino Printing Mexico has achieved the Empresa Socialmente Responsable (ESR) award for 2015, from AliaRSE, the Mexican Alliance for Corporate Social Responsibility. This is a reflection on the Domino Corporate Responsibility (CR) and Sustainability Policy, operating at a local level.

Since its inception in 1998, social responsibility has been a key priority for Domino Printing Mexico, exemplified by its commitment to its employees by offering constant opportunities for personal development and growth. With offices in Ciudad de México, Guadalajara, Juárez, Monterrey and Tijuana, Domino has engaged with local communities, as well as environmental campaigns, including re-forestation projects.

Domino Printing Mexico had to prove its best practice in four areas: quality of life for employees; business ethics; community engagement; and environment responsibility. The ESR award, considered the most prestigious of its kind in Mexico, is presented to companies that demonstrate a proven commitment to employees, investors, customers, clients and wider society. Companies must also engage voluntarily and publicly with communities as part of their business strategy.

Araceli Sandoval, Finance Director, Domino Mexico, accepted the award at a ceremony in the Hotel Camino Real Polanco, Mexico City, earlier this year.

'We are delighted to have achieved the ESR award. It aligns perfectly with our global commitments at Domino, and we look forward to working towards a second year of sustained corporate and social responsibility,' said Constantino de Llano, Director General, Domino Printing Mexico. 'I would like to thank all of our employees at Domino Printing Mexico that have made this success possible.'
