The dry screw pump Vacuubrand® 10 reliably delivers the benefits of oil-free vacuum technology, down to 10-3 mbar in the pressure range, for non-corrosive applications. Unlike other vacuum technologies, it can be used across the entire pressure range, from atmospheric pressure to its ultimate vacuum.


Technical Highlights

100% oil-free: Two cantilevered spindles and a magnetic gear allow for oil-free operation and enable clean processes and pure products, while protecting the laboratory and environment.

No abrasion: The gap sealing operating principle enables contact-free rotation of the spindles, ensuring abrasion-free operation, an ultrapure vacuum and contamination-free exhaust air.

The dry screw pump VACUU·PURE® 10C reliably delivers the benefits of oil-free vacuum technology in the pressure range of 10-3 mbar and is ideally suited for clean processes and the production of pure products.

 

Technical Highlights

Chemically resistant: Wetted materials in the vacuum pump are made of chemically resistant polymers, while a thick-walled PEEK encapsulation protects the spindles and stator inside the pumping chamber, providing high chemical resistance against aggressive gases and vapours.

No wear parts: A major benefit of VACUU·PURE is that it does not have any wear parts, allowing for an uninterrupted process and reduced operating costs.
