This CIA Skills Conference, organised jointly with Cogent Skills, is suitable for all those who have a responsibility for skills development.

The one-day conference will feature a wealth of informative keynote speakers from both the chemicals industry and other leading organisations. It will bring a practical focus on solutions to tackle skills shortages and shortfalls, brought about by a maturing workforce and the pressing requirement to upskill in line with new technologies.

The conference will focus on Apprenticeships and implementation of the industry Gold Standard Competency Framework, with industry speakers from this year’s Gold Standard Skills Award sharing their approach.
