At Gulfood Manufacturing 2025, Alland & Robert will showcase its latest sustainable gum solutions — Syndeo Gelling and Beyond Acacia — as the company reinforces its global leadership and launches new R&D consulting services for food and cosmetic manufacturers

This year, Alland & Robert is celebrating 141 years of expertise and is looking to strengthen its international presence with a clear focus on innovation and sustainability.

As a global leader and pioneer of natural gums, Alland & Robert is expanding into Asia and the Middle East, aiming to build new partnerships and support local manufacturers in developing healthier, more sustainable food solutions.

The company will showcase its achievements at Gulfood Manufacturing in Dubai on November 4-6, at booth #R-H50.

Visitors to the show can see Alland & Robert's innovations, including the following:

  • A&R Services: Alland & Robert provides R&D support to help agri-food and cosmetic companies design and scale acacia gum-based products that meet current market needs
  • Syndeo Gelling: a vegan texture agent, based on acacia gum, to substitute gelatin or other gelling agents
  • Beyond Acacia: thanks to an innovative transformation process, Beyond Acacia offers high solubility and ease of use
    • Its new granulometry improves hydration, optimises cold solubilisation and enhances dispersion efficiency while reducing foam, dust and lump formation.
