According to Market.US, the AI visual inspection system market is experiencing substantial growth and is projected to expand from $15.48 billion in 2023 to $89.7 billion by 2033 (with a robust CAGR of 19.62%).

North America currently leads the sector, accounting for 36.81% of the total share in 2023, representing $5698.5 million in revenue. 

Why traditional inspection falls short

Medical device manufacturing allows zero room for error. Every implant, surgical instrument and diagnostic device must meet uncompromising standards because patient lives depend on it.

Although conventional inspection methods have played a role, they fall short in today’s high-precision, high-volume environment (Figure 1).
