Allen Coding appoints Asia specialist

Eric Chan to expand presence of UK firm in the region

Allen Coding Systems, part of ITW Group’s Global Coding & Marking Division, has appointed Eric Chan as international sales and marketing manager for Asia.

Chan, who is based in Singapore, began his career in the textile industry and has gained extensive sales management experience across Asia, the Middle East and India.

In addition, he brings more than seven years of marking and coding experience in the Asia Pacific region to the role, covering a range of technologies from lasers and print and apply, to thermal transfer and inkjet systems.

‘My key responsibility is to expand Allen Coding’s presence by managing Asian sales. Our target markets include the food, pharmaceutical, chemical and cosmetics industries,’ said Chan.

Allen Coding is one of the UK’s leading manufacturers of thermal transfer, hot foil, inkjet and laser coding and marking equipment for the food, pharmaceutical, beverage, chemical and cosmetics industries. It is part of the ITW Coding & Marking Division, which also comprises Betaprint, Norwood, Diagraph, Trident and AC Codiergate.
