Baltimore Innovations, the UK chemicals and packaging specialist, has appointed Matthew Valentine as managing director.
Valentine joined the Bourne End, Buckinghamshire-based firm in 1999 and was most recently sales director.
Baltimore’s founder, Ted Valentine, will now assume the role of chairman.
As part of the management changes, Saul Edwards has been promoted to international sales director for Baltimore’s Chemicals Division, in recognition of his success in the planning and growing of this division.
Founded in 1996, Baltimore specialises in silica gel, molecular sieve desiccants, coating additives such as fumed silica, organo clays plus moisture-proof foil and film packaging.
