The current board will retain a controlling interest and will be joined by Richard Chapman from ECI and Chairman Simon Downing from the Civica Group.
Founded in 2008, Edenhouse has grown from a staff of 12 to more than 270 today, and has plans in place to continue growing during the next few years.
