HUYA Bioscience International strengthens executive team

Appoints Alain Rolland as Executive Vice President and Chief Scientific Officer

HUYA Bioscience International (HUYA), a biopharmaceutical company with offices in the US, Japan and China, has made a key addition to its Executive Team with the appointment of Alain Rolland as Executive Vice President and Chief Scientific Officer.

Rolland brings 25 years of international leadership experience in the biopharma industry.

Most recently he was a Corporate Officer and Executive Vice President of Product Development at Vical, a biopharma R&D company developing cancer immunotherapeutics and infectious disease vaccines. He has also held positions at Ciba-Geigy, Galderma, GeneMedicine and Valentis.
