Jean-Marc Pardonge has been appointed as the new president of Aptar Pharma’s Prescription Division, a leading developer and manufacturer of nasal and pulmonary drug delivery devices.
Pardonge succeeds Salim Haffar and also becomes the new general manager of Aptar Stelmi. (Aptar bought France-based Stelmi, a manufacturer of elastomer primary packaging components for injectable drug delivery for €165m in July).
After graduating from the Ecole Nationale Supérieure d’Arts et Métiers, Pardonge joined Aptar Pharma Prescription Division in 2000 as R&D manager. He was promoted to vice president R&D in 2003.
In January 2010, he became president of Global Market Development (GMD) in Aptar Pharma’s Prescription Division. In this role, he managed and coordinated worldwide activities, which included scientific and regulatory affairs, business development, communication, engineering, innovation, marketing, projects, and R&D.
