The Compliance Quality Assurance (CQA) Specialist is responsible for providing quality oversight to all Doc Control, Change Control, Deviation Management, APR’s, Auditing, Laboratory, Complaints, Reprocess, Recalls and Supplier Qualification to ensure product quality and SOP/GMP compliance at the Cleveland Manufacturing Facility. Works with the aforementioned departments to resolve all quality issues or escalate to the Quality Assurance Manager as appropriate, and ensure good documentation practices are being followed. Recommends corrective actions or process improvements that will eliminate the potential for deviations.
