Cellbox Solutions has collaborated with UBM Biomedicals to launch the CBS Naturally-3D Kit for live cell transport. The product contains the company’s transport gel and easy release solution.
The transport gel is a nanofibrillar cellulose-based hydrogel that provides an artificial extracellular matrix for the cultivation of 3D cell cultures. To complement the transport gel, the company also offers its easy release mixture to dissolve the hydrogel. Together, the product combination is designed to facilitate the transport of complex and sensitive cell cultures with the possibility to recover the material post-transport.
In collaboration with UPM Biomedicals, the Naturally-3D Kit also provides a plant derived and animal-free shipping solution.
