Bill Guilfoile has been appointed as Director of Comecer North America. Comecer develops and manufactures high-tech systems for aseptic processing and containment in pharmaceutical and nuclear medicine industries, specialising in isolation technology solutions for regenerative medicine and tissue engineering.
In this new role, Bill will be driving the expansion of Comecer in the US for all product divisions: Pharma, Radiopharma and ATMP. In addition, Bill will lead Sales, Applications Engineering, Service and Spare Parts activities for Comecer in the US.
Bill will coordinate the commercial and support activities at the Italian company’s US subsidiary in Norristown, PA, including management of warehouse stocking both spare parts and consumables.
Before taking up this position, Bill was Sales Manager at ATS Life Sciences. This background will allow him to grow the synergy with ATS, Comecer’s parent company, as new products and solutions are brought to market.
