By hiring Debra Odink as Senior Vice President of Technical Operations


Eiger BioPharmaceuticals, a US biopharmaceutical company located in Palo Alto, California which is focused on the development of targeted therapies for orphan diseases, says Debra Odink has joined the firm as Senior Vice President of Technical Operations.

Most recently, Dr Odink was Chief Technical Officer and Senior Vice President at Anthera Pharmaceuticals. Previously, she was Vice President of Pharmaceutical Chemistry and Product Development at Peninsula Pharmaceuticals, acquired by Johnson and Johnson in 2005. She began her career in industry at Roche including positions as Principal Research Scientist and CMC Leader.
