G Diehm manufactures glass reaction and filtration systems in Wertheim, Germany, and has the capability to produce jacketed reaction vessels with capacities up to 150 litres, and DN450 technical flanges, plain or jacketed filter systems to 100 litre capacity.
Plain and jacketed vessels in either flat or round bottom designs are offered with a comprehensive range of accessories. Vacuum jacketed vessels up to 50 litre capacity are also available.
Reactors are supplied graduated as standard, and zero dead space bottom outlet valves can be specified from a number of different designs and materials.
Diehm filters are designed for easy handling and high efficiency. A fast-opening system for the lid and the filter allows opening or closing of the filter in minutes. An optional stand mechanism allows lowering of the filter with only one hand. A simple hand drive stirrer allows cleaning of the filter surface as needed.
