New ISO 9001/2000 standard for Dycem
Dycem Technologies, the specialist contamination control flooring manufacturer, is among the first companies to be awarded the new ISO 9001:2000 Quality Standard, accredited by The British Standards Institution.
The company believes its achievement of the new standard demonstrates its on-going commitment to improving business processes. Managing director Mark Dalziel said it was steering the organisation towards even greater achievements in terms of quality products and customer satisfaction.
