Novasep announces major recapitalisation to boost growth

New shareholders to support the group’s development going forward


Novasep, a French provider of manufacturing solutions to the life science industry, has completed a €310m recapitalisation, which includes funding from new and existing investors.

Fonds Stratégique d'Investissement (FSI), France’s strategic investment fund, has awarded the firm €30m and has become a shareholder.

Azulis, another French investment fund and historical investor in Novasep, has also invested €3m.

Novasep says it currently has more than €40m in cash available for financing growth projects.
