Particle Sciences has appointed Deepak Tiwari to the position of director of formulation and process development.
Dr Tiwari joins the Bethlehem, PA, US-based provider of drug formulation and development services following more than 18 years’ experience in pharmaceutical development roles. Most recently, he was director of pharmaceutical development at Agennix. Prior to this, he held senior positions at Baxter and Bayer. His areas of expertise include formulation development, clinical trial materials manufacturing, and commercial scale manufacturing of drug products.
Particle Sciences focuses on BCS II/III/IV molecules, biologics and highly potent compounds through a variety of technologies including emulsions, gels, micro and nanotechnology, drug/device combination products, solid solutions and others.
