Standard Operating Procedures should be the solid foundation upon which we build our business activities, but only too frequently it is an unstable foundation. Our procedures are often long-winded and hard to read, we have poor adherence, people’s interpretation can be very different, and so our processes become variable, which has an impact on quality, cost, productivity, delivery and safety.
This course explores why this is, and suggests practical, pragmatic solutions that we can implement which will help secure the foundations of our business activities, hence improving quality, cost, productivity, delivery and safety.
