RecipharmCobra Biologics appoints commercial director

Julian Hanak joins the firm as commercial director

RecipharmCobra Biologics, a European manufacturer of biopharmaceuticals, has hired Julian Hanak as commercial director.

Formerly at UK-based biopharmaceutical drug discovery and development company Renovo, Hanak gained senior management and commercial experience as senior vice president of development. Included in his key responsibilities were oversight of CMOs and the direction of CMC activities during drug development.

Prior to this Hanak worked at RecipharmCobra Biologics’ Keele facility for 11 years progressing from senior scientist to production director. He also held positions at the National Institute for Medical Research, Bio Products Laboratory and AstraZeneca.
