Gareth Dean has taken the role of sales director, UK and Ireland at Rockwell Automation as the firm continues to enjoy strong sales and market share growth.
‘We are glad to have Gareth in this important role,’ said Thomas Donato, director, Northern Region EMEA. ‘He brings valuable experience and a proven track record in sales and marketing to the job.’
‘The UK and Ireland are an important market in EMEA,’ added Hedwig Maes, president of EMEA. ‘We’re confident that Gareth will lead it to further growth.’
Prior to taking up his new position, Dean held technical and sales and marketing roles at Hawker Siddeley, Deritend and ABB, where he was vice president of sales, robotics and general manager, Instrumentation.
With Rockwell Automation, he will be based in Milton Keynes, UK, and takes over from Dominic Molloy, who was recently appointed marketing director of EMEA.
