Vetter Pharma Fertigung launches new subsidiary
German company Vetter Pharma-Fertigung (VPF), a specialist in the aseptic filling of syringes, cartridges and vials, is establishing a new subsidiary, Vetter Pharma International (VPI).

With a scheduled launch date of 1 April, VPI will be responsible for all Vetter sales, marketing and customer service activities worldwide.
Peter Soelkner has been named managing director of the new entity, and Oskar Gold will serve as vice president. VPI will have its headquarters in Ravensburg, Germany, and Vetter Pharma International USA Inc. will be located in Yardley, PA.
VPF, which previously has managed all of Vetter’s sales, services and manufacturing activities under a single corporate umbrella, will now focus exclusively on the company’s manufacturing and pharmaceutical operations.
‘By creating an entity that focuses exclusively on sales, marketing and customer service on a global level, Vetter will move significantly closer to the international market and can build even stronger relationships with our clients and prospects throughout the world,’ Soelkner said.
