IPEC Europe's annual event offers an extensive programme of regulatory and scientific presentations, picking up on topical issues affecting suppliers and users of pharmaceutical excipients.

The 2015 event will address topics such as the revision of Chapter 5 of the EU Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) Guide and the risk assessment guidelines used to determine the appropriate level of GMP for excipients. Presentations will also cover Good Distribution Practices (GDP) and pharmacopeias. The just-finalised Significant Change Guide will be presented. Finally, delegates will hear about some of the opportunities and challenges presented by co-processed excipients and the emerging issue of intentional or accidental alcohol-induced dose dumping (ADD).
