Anton Paar recently launched Modulyzer Flavors and Fragrances, a new analysing system that combines a density meter, a polarimeter, and a refractometer with an automation option to deliver all necessary information – in just one measuring cycle – about substances in the flavors and fragrances industry.
Users working in quality control can reduce costs due to a range of features. The system only requires 10 mL of sample per measurement, and all samples can be recovered and reused after a measurement has been conducted.
Automation options, moreover, provide users with error-free, three-minute results and no-hassle cleaning. The system can also be used with AP Connect, Anton Paar’s lab execution software, so measurement data can be collected, reviewed, and organised directly from a computer.
