Bachem has announced the launch of its redesigned website. The company says its keen to “enhance the visitor experience through both a modern and mobile- friendly platform that continues to capture the company’s innovative reputation”.
The website will include updated features including a live events calendar, an oligonucleotide and peptide calculator, which will enable customers to understand Bachem’s products and services, locate useful information and get in touch.
The company is celebrating its 50 year anniversary this year, and aims to deliver a positive, engaging experience for customers from the initial contact, through to project completion.
The company wanted to strengthen its work and existing services by introducing a more user-friendly platform to help provide each visitor an experience to meet their needs.
Some of the features of the updated website include a ‘Knowledge Center’ that provides access to detailed educational resources such as the peptide and oligonucleotide calculator, white papers, presentations and technical notes, along with an interactive annual events calendar. The website also features a news filter to help visitors find content more quickly.
The design aims to make resources on the site more visible and usable for the customer. It’s clearer to identify the key businesses areas that serve as a foundation at Bachem and how it can support customers: for projects in research and specialties, CMC development, commercial APIs - or even through services and capabilities like project management, quality, analytics or manufacturing.
