Gedeon Richter to adopt Clintrial product from Phase Forward

Phase Forward, a US provider of data management solutions for clinical trials and drug safety, has signed a multi-year agreement with Gedeon Richter, a leading Hungarian pharmaceutical company.


Phase Forward, a US provider of data management solutions for clinical trials and drug safety, has signed a multi-year agreement with Gedeon Richter, a leading Hungarian pharmaceutical company.

Under the terms of the agreement, Gedeon Richter will adopt Phase Forward's Clintrial product for its clinical trial data management activities.

Founded in 1901 and headquartered in Budapest, Hungary, Gedeon Richter manufactures generic pharmaceutical products for the treatment of a variety of therapy areas including gynaecology and cardiology.

The company has a worldwide presence through its representatives and subsidiaries in more than 30 countries. It has manufacturing sites in Hungary, Russia, Romania, Poland, India and an r&d biotechnology joint venture in Germany.

Phase Forward's products and services have been used in more than 10,000 clinical trials at nearly 300 organisations and regulatory agencies worldwide.
