ILC Dover acquires JetSolutions
Allows ILC to offer a range of solutions from bulk packaging to processing
ILC Dover, a supplier of disposable processing and powder containment systems to the pharmaceutical industry, has bought JetSolutions, of Rossens, Switzerland, for an undisclosed sum.
JetSolutions specialises in powder/liquid mixing and processing operations including dosing, powder conveying, liquid mixing, and delumping. The company provides turnkey installations from design to installation and service.
ILC Dover will add JetSolutions' experience and capabilities to those of Grayling Industries, which it acquired in 2013. The move allows ILC Dover to provide a broad range of solutions from bulk packaging to processing.
'The addition of the JetSolutions business, technology and employees to the ILC Dover family will enable us more fully to meet the needs of customers in the pharmaceutical, biopharmaceutical, chemical, foods and Personal Care markets,' said Fran DiNuzzo, President of ILC Dover.
'Together with the capabilities of ILC Dover's DoverPac containment solutions and the Grayling line of packaging products, we can now address critical customer challenges from processing of materials, to critical containment needs to the packaging of intermediate products.'
JetSolutions' core strength is its ability to design and build custom manufacturing systems based on customer needs. System components are assembled and tested by JetSolutions prior to onsite installation to ensure optimal performance and system integrity.
'Being part of ILC Dover greatly expands our customer network, financial capabilities and ability to develop new solutions,' said Patrick Mayor, Managing Director and co-owner of JetSolutions, who is now the European Sales Manager at ILC Dover.
