Ken Kimble (Reactor Vessels) Ltd has launched the MiniPilot system. Integrating the same feature and technology of the ChemReactors, but on a smaller scale, suitable for laboratory, r&d and pilot plant.

Featuring interchangeable vessels of 5, 10 or 15 litres, mounted on an easy to use reactor lift, with multi purpose glass distillation system, the MiniPilot is available on a floor or bench mounted stand.

The more onerous technical requirements for process plant such as ATEX, PED and GMP are now often being applied to laboratory scaled equipment. The MiniPilot has been designed with this in mind and is rated for use in ATEX zone 1 and complies with PED, CE marking and cGMP.

The standard system is rated for full vacuum and 1 bar overpressure and from -60°C to +200°C. Cryogenic versions are available rated down to -90°C.
