MPLC columns are packed with immobilised chiral stationary phases


Chiral Technologies Worldwide has announced its first medium pressure liquid chromatography (MPLC) columns.

These new reusable Chiralflash columns are packed with immobilised chiral stationary phases (CSPs) for the separation of enantiomers.

The columns, with a 30mm internal diameter and 100mm length, are packed with Daicel’s 20µm IA, IC, ID and IF CSPs. The semi-preparative Chiralflash columns are for rapid and low-cost separation of target compounds for exploratory stage processes.
