Besier brings to Philadelphia, US-based ERT more than 30 years of executive experience in leading software technology companies. He was formerly president and chief executive of SAP America and is credited with driving its growth in North and South America, Australia and New Zealand from US$50m to US$1bn in revenues in less than five years.
He also held the same position at Firepond and at Neoware.
Most recently, Besier served as ceo of Pramata. He is currently ceo of RES Software and a member of the board of directors of ICG Commerce.
