Laboratory equipment supplier Esslab was the king of the Lions’ Lair at this year's Lab Innovations. The company impressed the panel of judges, beating off strong competition from Asynt, Falcon Scientific and Eppendorf UK.
The Hadleigh, Essex-based firm took to the stage to pitch its MicroLab-Gravimetric Dosing System (GDS), which has revolutionised how laboratories work to be compliant with procedures. It provides precision and accuracy in analytical data, without the need for volumetric glassware.
Cliff Marshall, Managing Director at Esslab said: 'Lab Innovations 2015 was the UK launch pad for our GDS and we couldn’t have chosen a better place to unveil our innovation. It’s great to be positively recognised and we are really pleased with the victory in Lions’ Lair.
