FPS issues statement in light of coronavirus outbreak

Addressing concerns about COVID-19, FPS has issued the following message to customers, suppliers and partners, explaining that it will remain operational

Following the new provisions of the Italian Government aimed at stopping the spread of Coronavirus, we wish to inform you that FPS is currently open and operational, in line with the necessary prevention and security measures.

In this state of emergency, the need to protect our employees and the community is a matter of primary importance. At the same time, we are intensifying our efforts not to stop activities, in the interest of our Partners and the entire country system. Despite the obvious difficulties, FPS’ Service is constantly operational and available, also remotely.

New extraordinary and more restrictive measures have been adopted to contain the risk of infection:

• Production and Logistics are guaranteed. Goods are not subject to a ban on circulation.
• In our Warehouses, a dedicated and delimited loading/unloading area has been set up in order to protect the health of our staff and that of the carriers.
• Customer Assistance and Technical Assistance services are regularly operated remotely.
