Companies will demonstrate the MV-70 Pack Handling System at Auspack 2015

At AUSPACK 2015 in Melbourne on 24-27 March, Hapa and Laetus were represented through concept Automation, the Australian and New Zealand agents of both companies, at the joint booth of the Coesia Group. The exhibition appearance was another example of the strength and successful partnership of the group.

The focus of the presentation was the Laetus Pack Handling System MV-70. The combined versatile Pack Handling System of the Hapa redcube printer, a conveyor belt option of FlexLink, and the software S-TTS (Secure Track & Trace Solutions) of Laetus, ensures reliable serialisation of folding boxes in packaging lines. This was met with great interest among the expert-audience.

The DOD press button of the redcube printer and the used UV-hardened ink achieve highest printing quality. The subsequent verification of the printed data is made via the integrated camera system from the Laetus ICAM and the modular built INSPECT software application.

The transparent data management, as required by regulations, is navigated by the S-TTS software, as well as over the entire packaging process of a company if required. A high-resolution color touch screen of the control panel COMMANDER 112 in robust industrial design, allows ergonomic operation of the pack handling system.
