The Sade SP Rental Service is suitable for pharma firms with short-term or high priority sorting needs, and the units save production costs by reclaiming product from batches that may otherwise be discarded, CI says.
In r&d departments the Sade SP can be used for the 100% weight checking of clinical trial or development batches where weight uniformity is essential. The units weigh sort to an accuracy of +/- 1mg and can be used for a range of tablets or capsules.
The sorters feature bulk hoppers and are designed for 24-hour operation, and are installed by an CI engineer, who also provides operator training.
