Pump Solutions Group (PSG), a division of Dover Corporation and a supplier of positive displacement pumps and related technologies, has named Russell Sitka as Director of Business Development, Americas and Doug Cumpston as Director, Global Segment Marketing (Energy).
Sitka takes responsibility for the coordination and execution of PSG’s strategy for the regional vertical segments, including business plan development; marketing and communications; pre- and post-acquisition support; and sales and technical support in regional vertical market segments.
Sitka has been at PSG for the past 16 years, originally as a Regional Manager for Wilden before being promoted to Regional Director for the Western US in 2001. He held that position for 11 years before being promoted to Director of Integration, Americas, for PSG in July 2012.
Prior to joining PSG, Sitka worked at an industrial pumps distributor in Corpus Christi, TX, US, where he was responsible for account management and sales of all pump technologies.
Doug Cumpston
Cumpston takes responsibility for the development and execution of PSG’s global energy market strategy. He will focus on strategic business development and marketing, as well as sales and technical support for PSG’s growing energy segment.
Cumpston has more than 16 years of experience in the pump industry, working most recently as Regional Manager for PSG and Blackmer. Prior to joining PSG, Cumpston managed a petroleum equipment distributor/manufacturer and was a District Field Engineer for an oilfield service company.
