Do you love developing high performance formulations?
Experience in food, drink, pharmacy, wellness and nutritional products, supplements, powders, or hard tablets is essential.
Using your technical expertise, you will formulate innovative, solid dose formulas, be a key part of the NPD process, keep up to date with and select new raw materials and ingredients, manage regulations and industry trends.
You will manage product registrations, process validation and claims substantiation, help with designing and validating safety, regulatory, stability, quality and claims substantiation testing plans to ensure the delivery of high quality products to meet customers’ needs and desires.
You will develop outstanding food and wellness products from concept, through bench and pilot batches, to scale up both at our own global manufacturing facilities and other 3rd party sites.
Knowledge of supplier selection and manufacturing processes is essential.
Previous experience formulating for and knowledge of the trends in Europe, China and India would be a plus as well as a desire to travel to these markets.
You will have either a Degree in pharmaceutical sciences with minimum of 5 years experience in solid dosage formulations or a Degree in food science or chemistry with minimum 8 years experience in solid dosage formulations, preferably in nutraceutical industry .
You must be an energetic, self-starter who likes to deliver results with passion and creativity.
