Joining this Leading Global Beauty Business as Senior Scientific Claims Manager, you will lead and develop a team of advisors, providing scientific and technical support across a wide international portfolio of innovative cosmetic brands.
You are a creative problem solver with a proven track record for product claims. You will review and approve all communication materials for multiple brands, producing the most compelling product claims for packaging and advertising content, whilst also ensuring they meet European, National and Global Regulatory Standards.
You will liaise proactively with the UK legal team, international claims and regulatory groups. Using your strong interpersonal skills you will build strong and collaborative relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements
- 5-10 years’ experience in a related FMCG role in the cosmetic industry, including strong demonstrated ability in regulatory and scientific affairs.
- Strong experience in the beauty care/dermatology area.
- Minimum honours degree in one of the life sciences particularly, pharmacology, chemistry, biology or biochemistry or cosmetic science.
