Available on NJM’s popular BRONCO® 130 labeller and beltorque® capper, this option enables operators to make all critical mechanical adjustments with just a few taps on the HMI when changing to a new package size and/or format. By minimising manual adjustments, NJM’s automated adjustments feature helps pharmaceutical, biotech and nutraceutical manufacturers and packers speed changeover, simplify operation and achieve reliable system performance.

On the standard Bronco 130 labeller and beltorque capper, operators select the appropriate recipe on the HMI to make electronic adjustments and then follow the steps outlined on a printed setup sheet to make several manual adjustments to the system mechanics. When equipped with the new automated adjustments option, the system is constructed with servo-motors on all the critical mechanical adjustments – when the operator selects the appropriate recipe on the HMI, the machine changes the critical mechanical adjustments as required. System recipes can either be preprogrammed by NJM or the customer can program their own.
