The Biotech Micro Flow Meter is a high-resolution thermal flow sensor that is extremely accurate and sensitive. This reliable flow sensor is compatible with almost any solvent and, being non-invasive, ensures the unperturbed operation of your whole nanofluidic system.

Optimised devices for challenging nanofluidic applications

Optimised to operate at a flow range of 10 nL to 80 µL/min, with an unmatched high resolution of 1 nL/min, the Biotech Micro Flow Meter is the perfect tool to continuously monitoring the consistency of nanoscale dispensing systems as well as uHPLC and LC/MS solvent/reagent delivery systems.

Compact in size, the Micro Flow Meter comes with an easy-to-use software app for the continuous recording, monitoring and storage of measured flow rate data.

A single gas microbubble in a nanoscale liquid dispenser or pumping system can ruin your operational precision and accuracy. Removing dissolved gases from liquids prior to operation is therefore vital to eliminating the risk of having microbubbles in the fluidic channels.

Biotech Fluidics DEGASi PLUS Nano and DEGASi PLUS ultraNano inline degassers are designed to address the challenge of nanofluidic systems by minimising the hold-up volume and offering wide chemical compatibility. 

Both the Nano and Nano-Ultra degassers are based on Systec AF membrane making them suitable for water-based media and most organic liquids. The liquid flow path is metal free, making these degassers fully biocompatible.

With an internal volume of only 25 µL, the DEGASi PLUS Nano is designed for degassing fluid flows up to 100 µL/min. With a hold-up volume of just 6 µL, the DEGASi PLUS ultraNano is optimised for extremely low flow applications (up to 25 µL/min).

Both degassers are available with up to six channels of operation and are available as standalone or integrated devices.
