Patheon to be a significant presence at AAPS Annual Meeting and Exposition

Top development and manufacturing firm to showcase specialised softgel technologies and present key findings to scientific pharmaceutical community


Patheon, a leading provider of contract development and commercial manufacturing services to the global pharmaceutical industry, will be showcasing a number of specialised softgel formulation technologies at the AAPS Annual Meeting and Exposition in San Antonio, Texas, on 10–14 November, 2013.

These innovative softgel technologies offer pharmaceutical companies additional access to innovative development options that maximise the value of their IP regardless of the phase of development. Many of Patheon’s top scientists and key executives will be on hand throughout the conference at booth 2312 to showcase the technologies and discussion opportunities for collaboration. Dr Anil Kane leads Patheon’s scientific team in nearly 20 presentations.

It promises to be a busy AAPS for Patheon’s Executive Director, Global Science and Technology, Anil Kane and his scientific team. Dr Kane will be making a presentation at the Recent Advances in Fixed-Dose Combination Therapy Symposium. Director of Global Technical Affairs, Dr Stephen Closs, will be making a presentation at the From Particle Engineering to Powder Processing Symposium.
