Horiba Medical's Pentra C200 compact chemistry analyser is an economical option for smaller-sized laboratories.
The UK manufacturer of automated in vitro diagnostic systems for haematology says the C200 combines a high degree of automation, ergonomics and quality of results into one compact system.
The C200 features the same reliable ISE electrodes as those found within the proven ABX Pentra 400. It also combines the ABX Pentra reagent cassettes with an internal barcode reader to make reagent identification and checking automatic.
The new system has a two 96-cuvette rack capacity combined with fully automated loader to minimise cuvette management. All of this, in addition to positive sample identification via an internal barcode reader, enables efficient batch analyses. The large colour touch screen display also provides the operator with an instant update of system and analytical status.
