High-quality amidites are the key contributors to final oligo purity, high synthesis effectiveness, compliance and cost optimisation. SAFC's new RNA Pharmadite amidites are characterised by a highly-controlled impurity profile and possess exceptional overall purity and quality support, says the company.
Their purity specification of greater than or equal to 99% purity is achieved by a reverse phase HPLC process.
