The tablet deduster removes dust and flashing from as many as 400,000 tablets per hour. Its variable-speed drive agitates an adjustable-slope stepped screen that tumbles the tablets as they pass under a regulated, filtered stream of air.
The strength of the air stream is adjusted by an air manifold to suit the nature of the tablets, while a moisture trap removes water in the air lines to ensure tablet consistency and prevent disintegration.
The deduster’s height can be adjusted from 36 to 48 inches, and its angle is also adjustable. It is cGMP compliant and carries CE approval. Natoli also offers tablet presses, tooling and replacement parts, and metal detectors.
