Tim Slomp has joined Executive Board of Uhlmann Pac-Systeme GmbH & Co. KG. The company has been able to gain an experienced leader as new CTO. He takes over the responsibilities of Peter Wagner, who left the company at the end of June 2017. By joining the Managing Directors Norbert Gruber (CEO) and Siegfried Drost (CSO), the Executive Board of the global market leader in pharmaceutical packaging equipment will again be complete as of January 1, 2018.
Uhlmann is currently experiencing strong growth. An increase in sales and incoming orders were distinctive aspects of the last business year. In addition, the business of the company headquartered in Laupheim is becoming more and more international. Therefore, Tobias Uhlmann, Chairman of the Uhlmann Supervisory Board, is pleased to have been able to appoint Tim Slomp as Managing Director Technology & Development at Uhlmann. "Tim Slomp has broad knowledge on development and production issues, and is very conversant with the sector. He will help us to make further steady improvements and strategically strengthen our portfolio. We are very pleased to have gained a technical generalist with leadership skills, who also convinced us with his personality", states Tobias Uhlmann.
Tim Slomp succeeds Peter Wagner as Managing Director Technology & Development in January 2018, the latter having left the company at the end of June 2017. "We thank Peter Wagner for his great commitment and his valuable contributions to our company. He introduced and accompanied important structural and organisational changes at Uhlmann. My colleagues and I wish him all the best for his personal and professional future", says Tobias Uhlmann.
