Aventis Pharma has brought out a multi-strength pack of its ACE inhibitor Tritace. The pack contains the following tablets of ramipril: 7 x 2.5mg, 21 x 5mg and 7 x 10mg.

Lagap Pharmaceuticals has introduced 150mg and 300mg tablets of the reversible MAO-A inhibitor, moclobemide.

Novartis Pharmaceuticals has marketed Zaditen eye-drops. The drops contain 0.25mg/ml of the histamine H1-receptor antagonist ketotifen (as hydrogen fumarate).

Genus Pharmaceuticals has introduced intravenous injections of the non-depolarising muscle relaxant atracurium in 25mg/ml and 50mg/ml strengths.

Aurum Pharmaceuticals has made available 8.4% sodium bicarbonate in a prefilled syringe.

GlaxoSmithKline has brought out Zovirax Double Strength suspension, containing 400mg/5ml of the antiviral aciclovir.

Straken has launched Zindaclin gel, containing 1% of the antibiotic clindamycin phosphate.

Novo Nordisk has added the following insulin products to its range: NovoMix 30 100iu/ml Penfill cartridges, and NovoMix 30 100iu/ml Flexpen.
