Technical services experts will be on hand to help you find solutions to your most complex tableting challenges

Natoli Engineering Company, a global leader in the tablet compression industry, will be introducing its latest tablet press in Hall 3.1, Stand F15.

The company will also be demonstrating its other products which include micro-precision engineered tablet compression tooling, die tablet segments, the NP-RD10A laboratory press, TM-II Tool Management System, and TabletCAD, Natoli’s web-based tablet design software.

With more than 40 years of experience in the tablet compression tooling industry, Natoli understands what it takes to produce high-quality tablets efficiently. Natoli’s technical services experts will be on hand to help you find solutions to your most complex tableting challenges. Some of the company’s most popular and innovative products will also be on display with demonstrations being performed daily.

In addition to demonstrations of both the NP-RD10A laboratory press and new NP-400 press in operation, stop by Natoli’s booth to see TabletCAD tablet design software and the Laser Vision System (LVS) with TM-II database software.

TabletCAD is Natoli’s simple-to-use web-based software that lets you quickly and easily design tablets in house. It’s a simple, cost-effective way to create tablets to your organisation’s specifications. By using TabletCAD to create your tablet, you can ensure your designs are a direct link to the manufacturing process, as tooling will be manufactured precisely to your models.

An intuitive user interface guides you through the design process with tips and real-time design validation. It calculates real time surface area, volume and perimeter, including volume displacement by adding a bisect, with real time geometry validation. Natoli is currently offering complimentary access to TabletCAD. This is another example of the remarkable service the company provides to the tableting industry.

The LVS ensures accurate inspections and reduces cycle time using modern dual laser technology to perform non-contact inspections. Combined with Natoli's Tool Management II (TM-II) tooling database management software, the LVS is the most powerful punch inspection and tool control device available. It allows you to inspect and automatically record critical dimensions of your tooling.

The new NP-400 was designed, engineered and manufactured in the US, and is an economical, heavy duty medium output press. Capable of running around the clock, the NP-400 can produce up to 180,000 tablets per hour. This single footprint press utilizes a 21 CFR part 11 compliant supervisory control and data acquisition system (SCADA) to continuously monitor the tablet pre-compression and main compression forces and tablet ejection force. Optional tablet take off force, press temperature and humidity monitoring are also available. Automatic punch barrel oil lubrication and automatic punch head grease lubrication systems are standard. Non proprietary off-the-shelf-controls offer a significant reduction in replacement part costs and delivery times.

The NP-400 not only comes with a complete electrical schematic, a bill of materials listing all electrical parts, part numbers and suppliers is also included to allow the purchase of electrical parts directly from the manufacturer. Being both cGMP and CE compliant, the NP-400 can be supplied worldwide.

Stop by stand F15 in Hall 3.1 to learn more about these solutions, as well as Natoli’s other products and services.
