Aegis and Dr Reddys sign drug delivery agreement

Will give the Indian drugmaker access to US-based Aegis\' Intravail drug delivery technology for certain drugs


Dr Reddys Laboratories and Aegis Therapeutics have agreed a partnership that will give the Indian drugmaker access to US-based Aegis' Intravail drug delivery technology for certain drugs currently being marketed with annual worldwide sales of more than US$1bn. The financial terms were not revealed.

The products under the exclusive licensing agreement will be developed, manufactured and marketed worldwide by Dr Reddys.
