Aggressive media no problem

Jumo Instruments' dTRANS p02 Ceramic smart pressure transmitter is designed to cope with the abrasive, aggressive and high-viscosity media often used in the pharmaceutical and chemical industries.

The transmitter combines a corrosion-resistant ceramic diaphragm with a capacitive measurement system and, optionally, can communicate with a central computer using HART communications. This allows the transmitter to be set up remotely and measured data can be transmitted to a central point for reporting.

It is protected to IP65 for dusty or damp environments and is approved to EN50 081, EN 50 082, EN 55 011 and EN 55 022 (CE mark) standards for use in industrial areas.

Like other Jumo pressure transmitters, the new transmitter has built-in, microprocessor-controlled temperature compensation. This ensures the accuracy of the transmitter remains constant as the temperature of the monitored medium changes.
