The software company Loftware has announced a new strategic partnership with procurement and supply chain consulting firm RiseNow
The duo will combine RiseNow's spend management and supply chain expertise with Loftware's product identification solutions for SAP and SAP S/4HANA environments to create an integrated procurement-to-product-traceability solution targeted at healthcare.
The partnership will also incorporate RiseNow’s agentic AI capabilities, which the companies say will be used to automate supply-chain processes and improve operational efficiency and user performance.
Through the alliance, organisations will be able to see and control a product from procurement to product data/identity to supply-chain execution and finally to tracking/traceability.
Traditionally, the process has been fragmented for businesses, with supply chains having issues such as limited visibility, compliance and control.
